Great food, great conversation and lots of ideas for the year to come.
We loved welcoming the team from @visitwestuk to Colonnade at Bristol Beacon for a seasonal lunch featuring our latest menu. It was a great opportunity to catch up, share ideas and talk about our partnership. Thanks for joining us.
Behind every great ingredient is a producer with a story to tell. 🌱
Last week, our Culinary Director, @seansimmonds, joined food leaders from around the world at Terra Madre in Turin to discuss how small-scale producers can access larger markets while receiving fair value for their products.
At Graysons, this is something we`re deeply passionate about. We work closely with the @slowfood_international community, producers and suppliers to help identify ways that exceptional ingredients from smaller businesses can find a place within mainstream catering and procurement.
Because supporting great food starts with supporting the people behind it.
A fantastic effort from Chris & Adam last night at the ACE Ready Steady Cook competition, securing an impressive third-place finish against some tough competition. 👏
From the first plate to the final judging, they showcased creativity, skill and teamwork throughout.
We`re incredibly proud of their achievement and the way they represented Graysons on the night. 🏆
From all of us at @graysons.uk, we`d like to extend our warmest congratulations to Simon Hall on being one of the finalists of the StrEAT Food Awards 2026. 🎉
Being recognised among the finalists is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the hard work, passion, and dedication Simon brings to the industry every day. To be acknowledged alongside some of the sector`s best talent is something to be incredibly proud of, and we are delighted to see his commitment and expertise celebrated on such a prestigious stage.
Congratulations, Simon, on this well-deserved recognition. We are immensely proud of your achievement and look forward to seeing what comes next. 👏🏆

What a great evening at the Turner & George Butchery Masterclass 🥩
With a fantastic group of Executive Chefs, Head Chefs and Operations Managers. It was brilliant to get hands-on with some incredible produce and learn more about what really makes quality meat stand out. From native British breeds and trusted independent farms to traditional butchery and understanding the journey from farm to plate, it was a great reminder of how important provenance is.
A big thank you to the Turner & George team for sharing their knowledge and passion, and to everyone who came along and made it such an enjoyable evening. Looking forward to the next one!
