Our food ethos is simple, we use the best and freshest ingredients from our local supply chain and we empower our chefs to create!
We try to use seasonal British ingredients wherever we can so our restaurant and conferencing menus are seasonal and include modern takes on traditional British dishes as well as some fabulous dishes with wider influences.
We like to think our seasonal menus, created quarterly by our venue chefs and our Chef Director Simon Silvester, will cater for every eventuality. However, for that extra special feel whatever the event our chefs will work with you to create a menu for your very own event. Whether its canapés, a formal dinner, finger food, or lunch in one of our restaurants we want you to be wowed by the presentation (and sometimes our simplicity) and overwhelmed by the taste.
