What a great evening at the Turner & George Butchery Masterclass 🥩
With a fantastic group of Executive Chefs, Head Chefs and Operations Managers. It was brilliant to get hands-on with some incredible produce and learn more about what really makes quality meat stand out. From native British breeds and trusted independent farms to traditional butchery and understanding the journey from farm to plate, it was a great reminder of how important provenance is.
A big thank you to the Turner & George team for sharing their knowledge and passion, and to everyone who came along and made it such an enjoyable evening. Looking forward to the next one!
