COVID-19 safety measures

Taking care of our clients has always been our number one priority, so you can simply focus on planning your event. In partnership with our venues Graysons have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to implement a variety of new practices, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and with our high standards of cleanliness and commitment to providing that all important memorable event. We know that events in the future will be very different, but we guarantee that we will continue to deliver excellent customer service in a safe environment.

Here is what you can expect:

Shared responsibility

Providing a safer environment for our clients and staff is our priority. Personal protective equipment will be provided to all our staff and we request that all guests and external suppliers wear their own masks and continue to follow social distancing rules when at one of our venues.

Social distancing measures

Distancing and personal safety measures must be applied the entire time, ensuring the one metre mitigation rule when setting up meeting rooms and tables are to be set side by side rather than in front where possible. Signage will be provided to visually remind guests and staff of the safety measures we must adopt.

Enhanced cleaning protocols

As some of our venues reopen Graysons are committed to ensuring that a deep clean front and back of house takes place at each venue prior to reopening. Regular cleaning and disinfecting of touch points will take place regularly and during events.

Safe catering

We have adapted our catering service to reflect a higher level of health and safety in respect of COVID-19.  Our staff have been fully trained in all new safety measures surrounding an event and our menus and service styles have been updated to limit touch points during an event. Our delicious lunches and snacks to be served in individually wrapped biodegradable packaging. Sit down catering will be served on china plates only. Cutlery to be individually wrapped. All condiments and stirrers to be in individual sachets.

For your event

We will ask all organisers to provide a list of names and contact information of all attendees for track and trace if required. If you are expecting groups of more than 30 guests, we encourage our clients to stager guests arrival to ensure there is no queuing. Touch free registration will be encouraged. Doors into our meeting rooms will be kept open where possible to limit contact. We will have floor marshals to guide guests and ensure social distancing is adhered to. All meeting rooms within a Graysons venue will have seating arrangements to adhere to government guidelines.

We are delighted that you are considering using a Graysons venue for your event and we are looking forward to delivering great events with you once again!
